 Miami Parkour: Miami Extreme Freerunners the official parkour team of Miami, Florida

Our group is dedicated to the evolution of parkour and freerunning in Miami, Florida. Parkour is a non-competitive natural method to train the human body to be able to move forward quickly, making use of the surrounding environment at any given time. This 'art of displacement' requires no specific structure or accessories for its practice. This athletic discipline is accessible to all, because it combines all of the natural movements of the human body: running, jumping, climbing, etc. Freerunning is a discipline similar to parkour which combines elements of parkour.  Freerunning incorporates flips, spins, and any other movement the practitioner deems appealing. Miami Extreme Freerunners ((MXF) encourages the practice of both disciplines and does not limit themselves. MXF encourages a healthy lifestyle through mental and physical well-being. We encourage the education of parkour and freerunning throughout Miami. We accept all who wish to be educated in the art of parkour and freerunning, regardless of age, sex, race, religion or experience. Miami Extreme Freerunners practices in the urban environments and encourages creativity, safety, self-discipline, and respect. MXF promotes a positive and respectful attitude within our team. As  part of MXF the word “cant” doesn’t exist.
